Notice about Tamron repair service

Thank you for your continued patronage of Tamron products.

We wish to convey the current situation for repair of some of our lenses.

We regret to inform you that due to the current challenges in sourcing electronic components such as semiconductors and the discontinuation of production by parts suppliers, we are facing difficulties in securing some repair parts for our lenses.

We have made every effort to obtain these parts, there are cases where repairs may not be possible for the following models depending on the nature of the malfunction.

Repairs that require replacement of the AF motor cannot be available.

However, there are cases where repair is possible even with symptoms similar to those listed above.
We can inform you whether repair is possible or not after inspecting the actual product.
