Notice about TAMRON Lenses for Sony E mount

Dear users and potential purchasers of Tamron products.

Thank you for continuous use of Tamron products.

This is to inform that we have confirmed the following phenomenon with some of our interchangeable lenses for Sony E mount mirrorless cameras that are compatible with the AF assist function of the camera.

Symptom

We found the focus position to move when the camera's AF assist function is set to "off" and the focus ring is turned to adjust the focus.

Models Concerned

20-40mm F/2.8 Di III VXD（Model A062）for Sony E mount
50-400mm F/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD（Model A067）for Sony E mount
150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD（Model A057）for Sony E mount

This phenomenon will be addressed in a firmware update in coming days.
