This ultra-telephoto zoom, TAMRON 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD (Model A057) for Nikon Z mount, is the photographer's Swiss army knife, as it allows you to take incredible photographs while remaining distant from the subject. Now it is no longer necessary to combine lenses since with this 150-500mm F5-6.7, everything is possible. No more constraints, it just leaves room for your imagination and helps you achieve the images you did not expect before acquiring this lens.
From now on, there’s nothing to prevent you from photographing the subjects which, until now, are out of reach. This lens comes with a wide range of focal lengths from 150 to 500mm, which are most used in wildlife photography, but it is also possible to cover a variety of photographic themes such as sports and show.
Since this 150-500mm F5-6.7 is very light weight, it allows you to work effortlessly and with great stability. In addition, its extraordinary maneuverability lets you use it freehand, even when you photograph birds in flight or a polar bear from a boat under the situation that you can’t use a tripod or have any kind of support to stabilize yourself. Its maneuverability allows you to set off lightly, covering the whole range of photographic possibilities. Zooming in, filming, shooting close-ups or distant shots… all without a tripod. Never worry about long hikes or plane trips as well. Your camera bag will now be light, and you won’t need any other lenses. That’s why the weight of your baggage will always remain contained.
With a MOD (Minimum Object Distance) of only 0.6m (23.6in) at 150mm and 1.8m (70.9in) at 500mm, associated with the fast-aperture offers, background bokeh at any focal length is simply magnificent. Plus, this produces extraordinarily sharp images, whether in close-up shooting such as macro photography, or for portraits or subjects at long distances. Images reveal their details with each shot and sublimate. Compressed backgrounds allow you to highlight the subject and enhance the photo.
Thanks to the fast and precise autofocus, the 150-500mm F5-6.7 delivers sharp, precise, and detailed images under various shooting conditions. That means you will not miss any shots with no problem, such as following a bird coming at you from the front at high speed or a moving fox. Another strong point is its quietness: You can shoot videos without disturbing noise or photograph fearful animals in absolute silence. Combined with a Nikon mirrorless camera, you benefit from increased stabilization and detection of subjects such as vehicles, humans, and animals. For the latter two, tracking by eye brings a significant advantage.
