Ranging from anti-reflection multiple-layer coatings to dichroic and/or metal coatings, TAMRON fulfills a wealth of customer needs, including shiftless coating design and process within a tolerance of 2 to 3 nm. In compliance with specific requirements associated with transmissive or reflective characteristics at a given wavelength range, TAMRON can deliver customized coatings from prototype sample to production stage.
We meet the demands for a wide variety of coatings, from anti-reflective to dichroic and even metallized.
We can provide custom design, prototyping and volume production for desired reflection and transmission in specific wavelength bands. We also offer shiftless design and machining to tolerances within 2 to 3 nm.
In addition, we take full advantage of ultra-high precision surface polishing technology to achieve surface accuracy down to the λ/20 range (after coating).
